Carmignano

Carmignano is one of Italy's oldest wine-producing areas: its wine was already renowned in the 13th century, and in 1716 Grand Duke Cosimo III de' Medici officially regulated its production, making it one of the first official wine appellations in the world! Today, Carmignano DOCG is an elegant red wine crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
